Seven sub-menus namely home, about us, project at a glance, the crisis, focus area, participation and updates were created on the portal

A volunteer in a village affected by drought agreed to provide drinking water the population which has handicap such as old, physically handicapped, pregnant women, families without youth and children who are not able to benefit from the water supplied by government agencies. The government agencies pour water into empty wells using water tankers. After that there is a struggle between the village population to get the water at the earliest as the water is not sufficient for all the people . In the process the population which has handicaps such as old, physically handicapped, pregnant women, families without youth and children are not able to benefit.

The above volunteer through his team of youth in the village will bring water through tankers for this population separately. The above idea was sponsored by a software company to the tune of Rs. 10,000

Arrangement to start a call centre, a trust to receive donations were initiated

A data structure for sponsoring different needs of the beneficiaries in the areas of drinking water and food for human beings ; drinking water and fodder for cattle was designed and many drought packages identified in the range of Rs. 10,000 to 20,000

3 volunteers agreed to handle correspondence from NGOs, donors and volunteers

A target to identify about hundred NGOs who can work in about hundred villages was initiated and responsibilities for doing that taken by different individuals

A word was spread through telephone, SMS, email, Facebook, Twitter
